একটু খানি ঠাণ্ডা হাওয়ার আশায় …পানি সিক্ত দক্ষিণায় …!!
(With the hope of cool breeze…soaked with water southernly…!!)
তার সাথে কোমল মাটীর ছোঁয়ায়, সোঁদা মাটীর গন্ধ ভরায় …!
(And the touch of soft soil, smell of water soaked soil…enchanting…!)
পাখীরা উড়ে চলে দক্ষিন থেকে উত্তরে …ঝাঁকে ঝাঁকে খাদ্দের অন্নেশায় …!!
(The flock of birds flies from south to north in quest of food and summer living…!!)
গ্রীষ্মের আগমনে …ফুল ও ফলের সৌরভে … মন মাতানো …!

মৌমাছি মধু আহরনে …দিকে দিকে ছড়ায়ে …প্রান জুড়ানো …!!
